All of our development projects involve grocery-anchored power and community shopping centers, multi-tenant retail centers, free standing buildings, and other commercial properties on lease to blue chip and market-dominant national credit tenants from all industry sectors. We utilize a meticulous method of developing retail properties to yield the highest level of valuation and employ an orchestrated strategy of managing our core portfolio of commercial assets in order to drive exceptional returns.
